 Invest in yourselfMinimize

Pilates can not only change your body shape but also improves posture and overall muscle tone. By committing to as little as one class a week you are making an investment in yourself and therefore in your future.

Pilates is excellent not only for the treatment of injuries, but more importantly it can help to prevent further injury.

We offer private, duet and small group classes where maximum attention can be given to the individual. If you are a beginner wishing to start Pilates for the first time it is advisable to have at least 10 private sessions before joining a group class of any kind. This will give you some grounding in the Fundamental Principles of Pilates and a basic understanding of where you are heading and what it is all about. Should you be carrying an injury, private sessions will best supply you with the optimum programme, guidance and support to assist you towards recovery.
