Our next Teacher Training Course commences May 11th 2013
You can choose to start just with the Mat and Auxillary equipment, or fully submerge yourself and learn all the classical Pilates Equipment.
Mat Only:
You will learn the complete Pilates Mat repertoire and a comprehensive repertoire of auxillary equipment: foam roller, magic circle, physio ball, over ball and more.
Anatomy, physiology, teaching skills, teaching practice, are all included as part of the 12 module course.
Fully Comprehensive:
All of the above AND ALSO the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and Ladder barrel.
