The Pilates Suspension Method

Kyrie trained with Colleen Tomlinson in the Pilates Suspension Method. And has qualified in Level 2.0 as an instructor. This method was devised by Rebecca Beckler, based in USA, and combines the traditional Mat and Equipment Pilates exercises, adapting and progressing them to perform on the Suspension Trainer.

It is a wonderfully refreshing approach to Pilates demanding a level of core strength that truly includes (as Pilates should) the shoulder girdle creating a full body awareness and complete workout.

This method can be tailored to suit all ages, abilities and levels with a very mindful approach to layering and building the basics of each exercise safely and progressively.
